Debora Weston is an internationally known workshop leader, performance coach and actress who has been working with a wide range of industries for the past 25 years. Clients include MD’s, CEO’s and top-level corporate leaders in North America, Europe, Asia and India. The Financial services sector, Energy sector, Consulting firms and Law firms have been a special focus. Other clients including politicians, sports personalities, advertising executives, doctors , university lecturers and members of the science community.
Debora has a degree in Psychology and Theatre Studies from Yale University, USA and an advanced degree from the three year program at Central School of Speech and Drama, UK. She is a qualified voice –work practioner, breath-work practioner and TAI coach.
Debora has designed both large and small workshops that have been delivered globally. As an Executive Coach for the past 25 years Debora has work with senior clients who wish to demonstrate significant shifts in their communication behavior to support and improve business performance.
She has supported executives at the highest level who have needed to communicate global change throughout multinational businesses.
Debora uses her theatre, voice and psychology background to develop creative programs in which the client can explore their communication style and build leadership confidence. Theatre and voice exercises, video playback and role-play allow the client to rehearse as they experience below-the-neck learning and reinforce new behavior patterns. Programs are all client-needs based and so tailor-made.

Off West End, Debora has performed at the Almedia Theatre, the Royal Court Theatre, the Tricycle Theatre, The Bush Theatre, Soho Theatre and Hampstead Theatre. Debora has performed off Broadway in SEE HOW BEAUTIFUL I AM. Debora has been seen in many television programs and films, most recently DALZELL AND PASCOE, THE MAKING OF THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE and WALLIS AND EDWARD and THE CITY IN THE CITY and The CASTAWAYS. Films include POSSESSION, PATRIOT GAMES, NIGHTBREED, THUNDERBIRDS, THE HEADHUNTER, BLESSED, THE CONJURING 2 and CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY , THE ROAD LESS TRAVELLED. Debora will soon be seen in the new George Clooney movie JAY KELLY. Debora is regularly heard on BBC Radio Drama and the World Service as well as voicing, mostly villains, in video games

Paul Dubois has been leading training sessions for over 20 years. He started his career as a performer and a theatre director and uses this experience to deliver high impact and engaging workshops.
Working in various sectors, Paul has delivered thousands of workshops, training sessions and developed many innovative solutions with leading companies worldwide winning a Reed plc Learning Award (2008) and a National Training Awards (with Reed Employment plc Business School).
Paul has worked closely with large FTSE 50 & Dow Jones organisations internationally to lead programmes around transformation and change. Paul specialises as a Cognitive Behavioural, Communication expert and Leadership Coach, exploring simple yet powerful techniques to improve sales, negotiation outcomes, increase persuasion and influence. Direct clients include Warner Bros. Discovery, Sony Interactive Entertainment, SKANSKA plc, NHS Professionals, NATO, Capital One VISA and Cambridge and Counties Bank.
Paul has regularly coaches leaders of industry, celebrities, politicians and well-established business presenters to improve their presence and impact when deliver messages across international platforms and/or speaking directly to critical stakeholders.
Paul is a certified Master NLP Practitioner (CoE), qualified coach (Level 5 Star, CMI) and has trained extensively in the performing arts including as a member of the WestCoast Actors Studio (Vancouver, Canada) and as a scholarship student for the Royal City Youth Ballet (New Westminster, Canada).

Paul Minx has spent over 18 years in senior positions in global financial service firms, most recently as Head of Leadership and Talent Development at Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley he worked in and held line management responsibilities in investment banking, technology and the HR business areas.
Paul Minx holds a masters from Yale University. He also holds a certificate in executive coaching from Oxford Brookes University and a certificate in leadership and organizational effectiveness from Roffey Park in the UK. He is certified in Hogan, MBTI and Firo-B, among other psychological instruments.
Paul is a senior facilitator in UBS’ Ascent leadership programme, the RBS Women in Leadership Programme, the Nomura MD Leadership Programme and the Citibank Leadership programmes and Credit Suisse’s BDC Leadership Programmes

Kate Udall is an voice artist and vocal/presentational skills trainer. She was an Associate Professor at the University of West Virginia for eight years and has also been on the faculty at Sarah Lawrence College, the National Theater Institute and the Linklater Center in New York City. In addition she has taught at many acting studios in New York City. In London, she has been an assistant at Guildhall and East 15 Drama Studio.
Ms Udall has a BA from Yale University, an MFA from the University of California, San Diego and a postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Studies from The Central School of Speech and Drama, UK. She is also a Designated Linklater Teacher.
Kate has coached lawyers, athletes, actors, business managers, physicians and others to develop and strengthen their vocal presence allowing then to speak with confidence and conviction. She is known for her warm, humorous and practical approach to her coaching.
